Steps to reproduce:

drag XML file with xslt reference at top

Actual results:

xslt does not run. (This was working several days ago, and now fails on multiple computers). The browser shows a blank page, and the page source shows the original XML.

Expected results:

The xslt should have been executed, and Firefox should have displayed the HTML.
