Product Integrity wants to know the impact of tree closure regarding delays shipping patches in Nightly, starting with Gecko 66 (version increase to 66 was on 2018-12-10), and monitor that regularly.

For that reason I need the data from Lando when a request to land a stack was made and when it actually landed. If the data could also contain the requests which failed to land together with the reason / patch failure message, that would be very helpful.

If information LOC changed, files/code changed is available, I'd also take that.
