Details
when there are multiple tabs, if I right click on it there's a popup menu
with new tab, close tab etc. it would be nice to somehow select (outline or sth)
the tab I right clicked on to make sure that the action will apply to that tab.
actually it would be ok if right clicking on the tab woulde have
the same effect like left click and hold before switching to that tab
(except right click would not switch only the menu would pop up)

martijn - invalid?
outline would imply right click has focused the tab which it does NOT, unless there is only one tab.

Perhaps this is invalid/wontfix.
When a tab is focused, it indeed should always be the foreground tab, afaik.
Otoh, when you right-click a link, it stays in the :active state. So maybe something like that could also be don for tabs?
currently the tab that I'm hovering the mouse over becomes highlighted, so I don't have that problem anymore. I guess it wasn't the case back in 2002. I would consider this fixed
