Details

It would also be nice to display this icon for the pages in menu also (it
displays it in location bar only now). Icon taken too from
http://www.web-site.com/favicon.ico or current directory first.

 I think the icons should not be stored in bookmarks.html only cached and
retieved and displayed with low priority.
