Details

A while ago our bundled theme addon was removed.
After that the file was changed into invalid JSON.
It's now about to be removed (why keep broken files around, right?)

Our tests tries checking the addons.theme section, but only if it has data.
As we don't have data that part is never executed.

Should we re-introduce a local theme to exercise that part once again?
