From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020611 BuildID: 2002061104 Mozilla is wonderful. The only thing I miss that is in Netscape is the ability to create an internet shortcut. These are often much more useful than a bookmark, as they can be put into a document folder with related material. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Look for Create Internet Shortcut in menu. 2. 3. Actual Results: Not found. Expected Results: Show menu item.
Drag the Icon from the URL Bar to the desktop ? -> Xp APPS

Dragging from the location bar just pastes the URL wherever you drop it. So there's a NO sign when you try to drop it in a folder..
This is a very important omission from Mozilla.
Summary: No way to create an internet shortcut → "Create an internet shortcut" in context menu

Count my votes too. "dragging from the location bar" is not a solution when you have the browser maximized (who doesn't?). One of the things I still miss from communicator was right-clicking over a web page, and selecting "Create desktop shortcut".
