Additional Info:
Communicator didn't fully follow w3c's CSS style sheet standard because some of
the attributes didn't work.

Summary: W3D 4.0 → W3c 4.0
The aim is full support for W3C CSS1 using CSS2 interpretations of those CSS
elements.

Any missing features or bugs with CSS support should be filed separately,
preferably checking first to see whether they're already in this database, and
one bug per issue. As it stands this could mean anything.

There's lots of work on W3C standards support. As matty said, if you know of
specific unknown W3C noncompliance issues, please write them up as independent
issues. Most of them are already known, so I'd suggest checking before writing
any up.

Resolving as INVALID for cpratt who is out sick.
