Firefox is switching to the linux64-clang-macosx-cross toolchain for Mac builds (bug 1566687), Thunderbird should as well.

Successful try build at: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try-comm-central&revision=e24f3e3d089e046a23e9b46ee5dcc84b03cd0c79 There won't be bustage (at least not right away) related to this change, but we might see some problems in the future.
