Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open New Password Manager
  2. Select a saved login in the left pane
  3. Click empty area or label "Website Address"

Actual Results:
The address gets hover affect. And Open the Address

Expected Results:
It should not react by a mouse.
It should not open the Address unless clicking [Launch] button.

I have verified this issue and is no longer reproducible. Tested on the latest Nightly 75.0a1 build (Build ID: 20200303095030) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14 and Arch Linux.

  • The link is not underlined if the empty area beside the website is hovered in Login item and also in "Edit" mode.
  • The link is no longer opened if clicking on the empty area beside the website on Login item and also in "Edit: mode.

Please note that Bug 1618268 fixed the issue from "Edit" mode and Bug 1578736 fixed the issue in the Login item.
