Bug 1149500 delayed autofill on background tabs until they are selected but we had to disable this for MP users in bug 1538460 due to regressions. Once we have bug 1544167 fixed we can reduce the noise of MP prompts from background tabs. The only remaining background prompts would be from Sync and client certs (super rare).
