Steps to reproduce:
1. From the Edit drop down menu in the browser, select Preferences
2. Double click ICQ
3. Select Away under the Icq main preference
4. Click Help

Expected results:
A help window should display, giving my some help information regarding away in ICQ

Actual results:
The main Help and Support Center page opens
