Tested with Thunderbird 68.0b5 and latest Daily.

Bug 1461330 added ExtensionSettings , bug 1552457 Certificates .

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Thunderbird's Preferences/Options form the Extras or Tools menu or the button with the tree horizontal lines.
2. Set the value of the input for "When Thunderbird launches, shows the Start Page in the message area" to about:policies.
3. Close Thunderbird.
4. Open Thunderbird.

Actual result:
policies Certificates and ExtensionSettings have no description

Expected result:
They have descriptions like other policies.

Reason:
No string as description available.

heh, I don't remember setting the flag.

Magnus believes we will be able to do strings after l10n process is rejiggered.
