when downgrade firefox to pre 55 history and bookmark bar is blank

Details
When people can downgrade to version pre 55.0 for example in 52.0, if person can't delete history is important solve this problem.
Is a problem if a person can return to a version for example 48.0 and is a problem because person want to use same history places.sqlite without delete for many reasons.

Downgrading Firefox isn't supported, especially for obsolete unsupported versions of Firefox.

Piliph but if a person has got a problem for example me I have a problem because I like do tryes etc but if a thing doesn't for me I go back but is incorrect that there are problems after like for example my favourite file places.sqlite!

Yes, Mozilla Firefox is Open Source, so you can play with source code like you want and create compatible downgrade migration by yourself. Mozilla doesn't support it, as it's probably too much maintaining burden. places.sqlite is heavily susceptible to being broken on downgrading, so don't forget to backuping it, like whole profile, when you're downgrading to older Firefox version, especially not supported ones anymore.
For example me I do creation of new profile for try in a old version if run places.sqlite but you can save new things but there is a problem that if used in a version like for example 55 also if I do a backup is impossible view and bookmarks backup doesn't run more is a problem for this help me to solve this problem. I'm a graduated in information tecnology, I like update for programs like mozilla but I'm blind and I use nvda screen reader with vocal syntesizer.
please don't close this discussion or this bug because for me is important use versions like mozilla 52 or 48 because I like a version when downloads or some links aren't deleted after 2 months like appen from mozilla 49 and more like I read in a answer in a question ofthis argument.

Hi Alessio, we do support NVDA and we have an accessibility team looking into these kind of problems. By using old versions you are exposing yourself to huge risks due to unpatched security bugs. I'm not sure it's wort the risk for just the benefit of having old downloads in a list. I'd strongly suggest moving to the current ESR version, and sure, the downloads problem may be an annoyance but it's less critical than your online safety.
Anyway, you should never use the same profile across different versions, if it's strictly necessary you should instead have separate profiles and use Sync to keep your bookmarks synchronized across those profiles.

Like I say first I tried this thing when I decide to go back from mozilla 55 for example to mozilla 54 or down but the places.sqlite isn't corrupt but You can save new sytes but is impossible read the history because is blank but is'n true because when I go to mozilla 55 all run but I don't like 55 and up because there are problems for me that I like record the page that I visit or download that I save.

I don't want delete my history but I want to restore my places backup that I used in 55 mozilla. The other problem is that I when go back bookmarks don't saved in backup because are blanks for old version but isn't true.

For new versions I suggest to restore the values for history places.sqlite for people that are fast computers but now the computers are fasts of 10 years.
