User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

The dark mode is only partially implemented.

Actual results:

  1. Menu: Bookmarks -> show all bookmarks. The pop-up window is white even in Dark mode.
  2. When in fullscreeen mode, the bar containing close botton is still white.
  3. the Preferences page is white still.
  4. The default style, like file button, is the same as in white mode.
    et. al.

Expected results:

All these pages or windows should be consistent with the others in dark mode.

Hi,
I managed to reproduce this issue on MacOS 10.14, Win 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 with Firefox Release 68.0.1, Firefox Beta 69.0b7, Nightly 70. Step 2 might be related to this bug 1559646 and is reproducible only on MacOS 10.14.
