User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/75.0.3770.142 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
68.0.1
When I change the tab which makes the total height shorter and then open a dialog, dialog position is miscalculated (should be a bit lower on the page), elements position are correct (in chrome, dialog is drawn where elements are). When scrolling, problem is gone, I suppose because it recalculates elements positions based on what have been drawn previously.
Same problem happens with nightly version downloaded 10 min ago.
With firefox 66, no problems at all. Seems like a css scroll snap bug...
I will try with ff 67 to see what version this bug comes from.
Actual results:
I can interact with the dialog outside their place.
Expected results:
Dialog should be drawn a bit lower.

Hi jldevelops, since this issue does not occur in 67.0.4 can you please run a mozregression ? you can find the tool here http://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/ and this will help us pinpoint the first bad build and the changeset that caused it.
I also tried to reproduce this issue but I need that website, plus from the video I'm not exactly seeing the problem.
Can you provide some exact steps I can use with a normal website ? or maybe if you could provide us a reduced case, an html test page that triggers the pop up ? so we can reproduce the issue on our side. Thanks a lot for taking the time to add this issue.

I have just create a test case: http://63.34.165.254:8080/PLANTILLAS/firefoxtest.xhtml
Scroll down, switch tab and press the button
It will last one week only, do you think it would be enough?

Hi jldevelops thanks for confirming the fix for us in nightly and release, I will close it as Works for me since This may have been fixed by other bug reports, i'm glad the issue no longer occurs on your side either.
