"Add Bookmark" sheet resizing needs to be constrained

Chimera/20020710 and below, 10.1.5:
Steps to duplicate:
1. Choose "Add Page to Bookmarks..." or "Create New Folder" from the "Bookmarks"
menu.
2. Resize the resulting sheet.
Expected results: the sheet resizes only on the x-axis and widens the "Name"
field and "Create In" pop-up to match the sheet's width.
Actual results: the sheet can be resized on the x- and y- axes. The field and
pop-up width remain static.
Confirmed using Chimera/20020708. Adding polish, reducing severity to trivial,
and reassigning to General.
Alternatively, resizing could be disabled on this sheet.

in 2002111912, sheet can be resized on both axes, but all content is stuck to
lower left corner. fields and buttons should resize with the sheet, and buttons
should stick to the lower right.
The sheet can now actually be sized smaller vertically than the content, which
causes the top to be clipped.

The only reason I would think so is to show more of the URL, which
means only on the x-axis. Ideally, it should be sized automatically based
on how long the URL is. I have a similar comment about the "location"
sheet. (bug # 179764)
