When creating a new list in the Address Book , you can't not drag & drop email
address  say  from Personal Address into the window of the new list. You were
able to do this in Netscape 4.xx versions.   

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Window --> Address Book
2. Click on "Personal Folder"
3.Click on "New List" button and move the "Mailing List" window that pop up aside.
4. Click on desired email address, but "Address Book" window will not come
foward. Which doesn't allow the user to drag the email address to the "Mailling
LIst" .

From my experiences, the can. They copy, but they're not removed from the old 
list.

I'm experiencing the same thing in both Mozilla 1.0 and 1.1a on both Linux and
Windows XP.
