Actually we have preferences.css and aboutPreferences.css which styles the prefs. This comes from the times we had the prefs in dialog and the in-content prefs.
Now with only the in-content prefs we don't need both files, especially some rules in aboutPreferences.css needed to revert some rules from preferences.css to show correctly in the prefs tab.
Now we can merge all rules in preferences.css.

Now we have only preferences.css in the platforms and one in shared. I've also made a shared applications.css and moved some code for the attachments- and cloudfile panes from preferences.css to applications.css there they belong.

Geoff, no merges now, so if you land this, please change the commit message to:
Fold aboutPreferences.css into preferences.css
Merge A and B into B sounds funny.
(This should be an easy NI to resolve ;-))
