So far, I believe it supports HG only. If we want to achieve bug 1568466, we need git (GitHub?) support too.

Ship-it know about hg by talking hg.mozilla.org via its HTTP endpoint. Therefore, if we want to support Fenix, we want to support Github.

Github support was added as part of https://github.com/mozilla-releng/shipit/pull/111. Closing this bug.
