Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Load the URL
2. Click the button

Expected results: "Notepad" image appears.

Actual results: onerror handler is activated despite image succesfully loading.

Additional information: Other icons, e.g. favicon.ico, load successfully.
note that .ico images and moz-icon urls have nothing to do with each other
