Clicking on links on the page does nothing. Mouse cursor does not change to a
hand when over the link. Occurs on Windows and linux builds. Links are working
properly in other browsers (tried IE6, Netscape 4.7, Konqueror). Source html is
identical in both IE and mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.Dee-AnnLeBlanc.com/
2. Click on any title


Actual Results:  Nothing happens

Expected Results:  Navigate to appropriate page

This is an evangelism problem.
The page is just an image with a map (inside a table), but all the tags are
mixed in a horrible way:
<map name="mainmap"></td></tr><area alt="" coords="310,72,463,133" 

In http://www.dee-annleblanc.com/credentials-main.html states that she lives in
Canada, so moving to that component.
