When I select security options for the actual message (for example "Digitally
sign this message") the composer ignores that option and use configured account
settings to send this message

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure "Digitally sign messages" option at "Account settings/Security" 
2. Compose a new message
3. Unselect "Digitally sign this message" in composer
4. Send de message

Actual Results:  The message is signed

Expected Results:  The message was not signed
