In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1479960#c38 a fix was backed out over a week after it had landed (!) because it broke the "toolchain" build (e.g. https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/toolchain/minidump_stackwalk.yml). Reportedly the trees were closed for this as well.
If these toolchain build artifacts are so important that they cause tree closure and such delayed backouts, we should test in CI that they do not break.
