One notable change for the build system is that it now respects the RUSTFMT environment variable and will thus find rustfmt without it being in $PATH, which will rustfmt the bindings generated by e.g. baldrdash (which currently aren't). The only bindings that were formatted are the ones from stylo, because its build script explicitly looked for RUSTFMT on its own.
