Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://www.twitter.com
Login
Search feed for a post with a video
Click on video

Actual results:

Video does not show - instead, where the video would be is a message "The media could not be played."
Clicking on the video redisplays the error message.
In the Firefox console I see:
"Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at blob:https://twitter.com/675118b5-e886-4165-aa57-a6287a11b68a (“script-src”)."

Expected results:

The video should have played. Note: Twitter videos display just fine in Chrome on the same Windows 10 machine.

Note: Videos play fine in Facebook on the same FF browser and machine.

Works again for me now.

Highlandwolf, do you still see this problem?

It is working as expected now. Did something change?

Flags: needinfo?(highlandwolf)

It seems that it was a temporary issue. We were able to reproduce it initially, but then it started working again the next day. So it's hard to tell what happened. I will close this for now, but please feel free to re-open if you encounter this issue again.
Thank you for reporting it!
