Steps to reproduce:
fire fax is not in the list of default browsers - it use to be there so I installed last version of firefox = 68.0.1 (64 bit).
re booted
Actual results:
nothing fire fox is still not listed
Expected results:
fire fox should have been in the list of default browsers

I checked on windows 10 and i see it as an option.
Can you share a screenshot of the list where you don´t see it as default? Are you using windows7 ? windows 8 or windows 10 ?
please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.
