This comment brought up the need for a dialog like this + defined its structure. I'd say stick to the main idea when creating it, but make its UI as minimalistic & succinct as possible.
The dialog will popup when the user clicks on a 'Retrigger' button, which we'll also add in this patch. This button must show up for each test, when the logged in user hovers over it.

We haven't manage to finish this. We treat it as a low priority for Q4/2019 & dedicate a minimum of effort into it.
