Ionut: Can you add some context to this bug? I'd like to remove the dependency on the Q3 metabug, but it's not clear to me if this is something we need to move to Q4. Would you mind going through the dependencies of bug 1202718 and mark any that were resolved during Q3 as direct dependencies to the meta bug. Any unresolved should either be marked as a dependency for the Q4 meta bug, or be left for consideration in 2020.

I actually discussed with :air about this bug. We concluded this one is actually invalid.
:air almost finished the implementation of the retrigger dialog. It resides entirely on bug 1569584, making this one obsolete.
