We need to add the missing links to the Lockwise and Monitor cards. Specifically:

  • How it works links that lead to SUMO content (Lockwise & Monitor)
  • View full report on Firefox Monitor should lead to the Firefox Monitor home page.
  • View Saved Logins should lead to about:logins

I looked at how to get the %LOCALE% etc params in the links, it looks like we need to use Services.urlFormatter.formatURLPref, we have a lot of links (7+) on this page which need formatting, I think it's a good one to add to RPM.
Since you'd be adding that, and I need to add a bunch of "Learn more" links in the tracker descriptions, in the interest of time could you add those in this patch too? That way we don't have conflicting patches.
