User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/75.0.3770.142 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I opened Mozilla Firefox and typed in facebook.
Actual results:
Mozilla stated the page as being loaded but in reality it wasn't. I had to reload the page again to load that site.
Expected results:
The page should've been loaded in the first try.

Hi AM11 thanks for reporting this issue but we might need a little bit more information in order to get to the bottom of it.
Does this issue occur in safe mode ? You can find the steps on how to start firefox in safe mode here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
You can also try our latest Nightly build, you can find it here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
I think this might be an issue with the Local Network, are you using a proxy server ? or are you connected to VPN ?
I tried to reproduce this issue in all version of Firefox, Release, Beta as well as Nightly but without success.
