If you try to insert a new link while trying a message in Mail/News's composer,
either via Insert->Link or by hitting Ctrl-L the add-link window does not appear.

Build: 2002071104
Steps to reproduce: Go into Mail/News. Hit Compose. Click in the message body.
Hit Ctrl-L.

What happens: No new window, 6 errors occur in the JavaScript Console.
