Allow preferences to be set for a group of selected bookmarks. Currently if I
select a few bookmarks and try to edit properties, I find Properties is grayed
out (in the contextual menu). If I could click on the Properties option, I
could set options or schedules for a large number of bookmarks at once.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select bookmarks
2. Control-click on selected bookmarks, opening contextual menu.
3.

Actual Results: Properties is grayed out.

Expected Results: Properties should be available to set options and schedules
for a large number of bookmarks at once.
fixing typo in summary

Joel, what kind of properties would be useful to change across several
bookmarks at once? The only property I can think of would be scheduling,
which is covered by Bug 74627.

Summary: RFE: Enable preferences option when multiple bookmarks are selected → RFE: Enable properties when multiple bookmarks are selected
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Probably just scheduling -- I can't think of anything else. BTW, the "Schedule" tab also
should have "manual" as an option (in other words, allow bookmarks to be updated
manually). That is probably already listed as a separate bug.
