Actual results:
Currently changes in Tags Manager take effect instantly.
And if you accidentally deleted a tag being used, you instantly lose the corresponding highlight in the mail lists, and you can not recover the tag by adding a "same" one.
Expected results:
Changes should not take effect unless one confirmed the Options dialog.
