Details

The decision for the time being is to continue using stateless DNS for docker-worker live logging. However, we have no fallback if there's not a stateless DNS secret available -- and that may be the case for some of our deployments. In this case, the worker should fall back to not doing live logging at all or some other suitable substitute.

Probably this should somewhat emulate the generic-worker config for the same thing..
