Steps to reproduce:
- Launch the latest Nightly
- Open a new private window
- Navigate to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/
- Resize the window, until the vertical scrollbars are displayed
Actual results:
In the tabs bar, the "+" button overlaps the "<>" buttons. Please see the screen-cast for more details.
Expected results:
The buttons do not overlap. This overlapping is not happening in regular windows.

14 days later I'm not able to reproduce this (on Mac OS at least). Simona - can you try again in Nightly?

Yes, I am still able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10. I can't reproduce it on Mac OS X 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
