User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Using Firefox Quantum 68.0.1 (64-Bit), with the UI language set to German, open about:networking#rcwn, look at the text label for the checkbox in the top right corner of the page

Actual results:

It reads "Automatisch aller 3 Sekunden aktualisieren"

Expected results:

It should read "Automatisch alle 3 Sekunden aktualisieren" (the "r" at the end of "aller" is superfluous)
