Add the new changes to raptor.yml

New indexes that should be used
index: project.mobile.fenix.v2.performance-test.latest.aarch64
index: project.mobile.fenix.v2.performance-test.latest.arm

New binary path:
binary-path=org.mozilla.fenix.performancetest
