1570670 - No option to turn off titlebar in Settings -> Customize

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

I am on nightly. I want to turn off the title bar.
I clicked the Settings (hamburger icon) and clicked Customize.

Actual results:

No tickmark option to turn off titlebar.

Expected results:

The stable version has option to turn off titlebar.

Hi RajaFromNigeria,
I was unable to reproduce this issue using Linux Ubuntu 18.04 in latest Nightly version.
Could you please create a new profile and try to retest it?.
