Steps to reproduce:

When i am surfing internet my antivirus blocking some of the websites. Is there any problem with the setup or should i visit any setup site like https://1-norton.com/setup

Try deactivating your antivirus or whitelist all required website in antivirus options.

https://sushkom.com free antivirus is having advance options to manage websites.

I don't think this is an issue with the Shield process.
