Steps to reproduce:

Pin a tab that is muted, when attempted to select this tab in the future, it's very difficult avoid un-muting the tab as the speaker hot spot is always active.

Actual results:

Select pinned tab and auto becomes unmuted

Expected results:

Either:

  1. The speaker hotspot shouldn't become active until after the tab is active
    or
  2. The mute option should be a right click dropdown since it is too easy to select on pinned tabs.
