Details

Add a + button in the Find toolbar.
This would create another find toolbar above/below.
Each Find toolbar allows for searching for different terms, highlights have different colors.
Extra extra kudos: Find toolbar adds regular expression support.

All this could be instead added to some 'Advanced Find' type of feature.
