Steps to reproduce:

Open "Chrome" browser
Go to siliconteksystems.com web site
Open "Contact" folder
Fill out "Name, Email, Phone, Comments"
Entered security code
Hit "SUBMIT" button

Then repeated every steps in Explorer & Mozila brousers

Actual results:

Nothing happened, even "SUBMIT" button not active

Expected results:

After filling out all necessarily input directories "SUBMIT" button should be active and turn to blue collar, that give me aloud to send message
