This commit can't possibly be responsible for the regression, since it's not even enabled on shippable builds. Are you sure you have the right commit range?

I did a new round of backfill and retrigger for data points after the a157f7b9da3dc61f2ddc63abda6d921dd16c0e89 changeset.
The data points before a157f7b9da3dc61f2ddc63abda6d921dd16c0e89 are displayed in the graph.
I'll come back with an update after the backfill finishes.
