15714 - Caret appears at end of line if hitting home key when blink is ON.

This occurs in Linux and Windows builds (M11 for both on build 1999/10/06)
Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch Seamonkey, go to Editor (Tasks-->Editor)
2)Put the cursor in front of the first word "Here's" on the default page.
3)Hit enter to bump it down a line.
4)Type a few characters in front of the word "Here's".
5)After typing, wait till the cursor blinks ON, then quickly hit the HOME key on
your keyboard.

Note the (non blinking) caret left at the last position before you hit the HOME
key.
This would happen consistently the first time I tried it a on a new editor page
every time. Afterwards, it would become inconsistent.
