Ctrl+T keyboard shortcut in javascript window.open'ed browser window without
toolbar or location parameters defined opens not a new tab but a blank window
with no way to get back. This may be "by design" but I thought I'd thow it out
there. thanks!!!! great work!

Indeed it opens a new tab, but the location bar or the tabs bar isn't shown, but
you can change between the tabs using the keyboards shortcuts (ctrl+pageUp/Down
, Ctrl+W to close the tab). (you might need to click on the window to activate
the shortcuts)
