Command line option: -jsconsole works.
However, Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console (or Ctrl+Shift+J) fails to open Error Console
FYI, when start thunderbird.exe -jsconsole, the following error appears when key press Ctrl+Shift+J.
Error: Module devtools/client/webconsole/hudservice is not found at resource://devtools/client/webconsole/hudservice.js base-loader.js:202:15

Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console (or Ctrl+Shift+J)

Nothing happens

Error console should open

I forgot: Sorry, not test for this although it would be easy. Press Ctrl+Shift+J and make sure the error console opens.
