1571721 - Sources sometimes stay on "loading..." when opening the debugger

This is a race, so, it doesn't always reproduce.

Here is the STR:

• open a new tab, and load this test page data:text/html,<script>window.onclick=()=>{document.body.innerHTML+="x";};</script>
• open the debugger

Expected result: See the sources correctly.

Current result: the sources pane stays on "loading..." and I don't see any error message in the browser console

Note that toggling the toolbox off and on doesn't fix the issue. Only reloading the page fixes this issue.

My guess is that this was introduced yesterday by bug 1122077. We should look into this soon.

I believe this was fixed
