In general video playback works really well on my machine. However for some reason I have found that this particular 4k60 fps video that constantly "gets stuck" -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSA1549fl5Y
Any lower quality works fine and so far I did not have any issues with 4k60 videos apart from that example.
I am on Archlinux with firefox v68.0.1, AMD RX470 and open source drivers (if it even matters)

Ok so when looking at the "Statistics for nerds" panel, I see that when the freeze happens frames get dropped. Sometimes it happens for a few seconds and the video resumes.
However sometimes it gets stuck indefinitely and EVERY frames get dropped.
My CPU is a Ryzen 1700 btw so it's pretty good in terms of horsepower.
