What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible.

While search results are being loaded, the footer hits very close to the result query title, which makes for quite an unstylish look for the page. This is something that has never been there in the current MDN website. This applies to any search results query page that loads when something is searched for using the website's search bar.

What problems would this solve?

Better user experience :)

Who would use this?

Visitors/users.

What would users see?

Footer hits very close to the result query title while search results are being loaded.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

Doesn't look good or "natural".

Is there anything else we should know?

Yep! Confirmed. We're actually intending to solve this. We're going to do so by making the footer a React component. I think this is the bug that we might block on: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1570040

For the record, I think this screencast demonstrates it.
