It turns out that mozrunner depends on ChromeProfile in mozprofile, which means that the 7.5.0 release of mozrunner is broken and both mozrunner and mozprofile require a further release.

Bug 1539437 indtroduced a new ChromiumProfile class in mozprofile
that's imported into mozrunner. This means that the 7.5.0 release of
mozrunner should have been accompanied by a corresponding mozprofile
release and requirements version bump.
